That commitment to mobility and long-term growth continues today. Founded by Ginna Arévalo Aza, a lawyer trained in both Colombia and the United States, AZA was created to help international investors navigate Colombia’s coastal investment landscape through trusted relationships, informed decision-making, and responsible growth.

Ginna Arevalo Aza
Founder & Managing Director
Ginna Arévalo Aza leads AZA’s business development, investor relations, and international outreach efforts.
She holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Florida A&M University College of Law, an LL.B. from Universidad de La Sabana, and is pursuing an LL.M. in Business Law at Florida State University.
Her background includes international regulatory and maritime-related initiatives, including engagement with organizations focused on ocean governance and fisheries policy. She is not acting in a legal capacity through AZA and does not provide legal services.

Rosa Aza Lozano
Independent Attorney – Colombia
Rosa Aza Lozano is an independently licensed Colombian attorney with over 40 years of experience in real estate law, including service as a judge and private practice. A pioneer in land use and urban development law, she has played a key role in shaping property and zoning frameworks in high-growth regions such as Sabana Norte of Bogotá, Chía and Cajicá.
Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, land use, zoning compliance, environmental permitting, and urban development matters. She provides legal services independently in accordance with Colombian law.

Roger Arevalo Aza
Independent Attorney – Colombia
Roger Arévalo Aza is an independently licensed attorney in Colombia, specialized in Administrative Law, with experience advising public institutions including the Congress of Colombia and the Bogotá Mayor’s Office on regulatory matters.
His practice focuses on securing permits, environmental licenses, zoning approvals, and other government authorizations for real estate and development projects. He supports clients in navigating Colombian regulatory processes related to land use and infrastructure. He provides legal services independently in Colombia in accordance with Colombian law.
